Jackie is the Training and Development Supervisor of Business Systems and Operations at Wright Service Corp. Her team is responsible for systems training and digital learning within the organization. Before joining Wright, she managed the Creative Production Lab at the University of Nebraska at Omaha where she educated students, faculty, and off-campus groups on multimedia and makerspace technology. Jackie has a passion for leveraging technology in the learning environment and taking a data-driven, human-centered approach to training.
